Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at return@pentagonjackets.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the problem quickly at no extra cost to you.
